On July 20, 2024, I visited the UK’s magnificent Saint Paul’s Cathedral, located in London. Completed in 1710, it is a magnificent English-Baroque-style structure, standing 365 feet in height. Frankly, I was astounded by both the opulence and the quality of its construction.
Oft times, the photographs or thermal images I feature on my blog posts – ones suggesting the existence of paranormal, supernatural, or extraterrestrial beings – are sent in by others. In this case, however, I took the pics myself. A few were done outside the cathedral, but the one that was, by far, the most interesting was taken inside.
The images below, taken beneath the cathedral’s impressive, helical and cantilevered staircase – called the Dean’s Stair or, alternately, the ‘Geometric Stair’ – shows something unexpected. I was takings pics of the impressive architecture – a high, decorated alcove in this case – when I found myself suddenly enveloped by a cold blast of air. Accompanying it was a palpable feeling of anger or annoyance. I assumed it was the air conditioning turning on and my reaction to same. But later, while I was studying the images from my trip, I came across something astonishing.
If you look at the circled area on the image, you will see what seems to be a face. Now, some may or will dismiss it as pareidolia, but to me It looks impressively human, or at least humanoid. In the next closeup, I’ve taken the liberty of indicating what appear to be the eyes in red (mainly the left eye, as the right, although indicated, appears blocked in part by what may be a section of wall, or, perhaps, some other potential being). Based on its apparent expression, the entity appears angry. Why it was, I have no idea. I can say that it appears to be looking right at me as I took the photo. There are strong suggestions of muscular contractions that indicate a brow, a protruding brow ridge (the eyebrows may or may not be lacking), a nose, and thick bags under the eye. There is even a visible philtrum running beside the left side of the mouth, up toward the nostril.
At first, I suspected this was a hostile spirit, i.e. a ghost (it is a cathedral, with numerous bodies therein), but there are indications of other possible beings as well. First, there is the portion indicated in red below, that may represent a partial face of an ET-type being, as well as the one above the humanoid face (eyes indicated in yellow), which suggests a possible reptilian being of some kind. Of course, these could all be nothing more than pareidolia, but the humanish half-face is very persuasive, so let’s try to keep an open mind.
That said, one thing that continues to throw me is the overlap we see among these potential beings. They appear to occupy the same space, yet their proportions seem off. Another distinct possibility is that the being on the left and the one on the right are not separate individuals, but rather two halves of the same face. If true, this could suggest possible shape shifting, with said being getting caught as it was changing form, or perhaps its trick/camouflage was seen through.
